With Bitlife, the player creates and customizes their own virtual world via user-generated bitmaps called Bitavs. The game uses assets from various other games with the intent of creating an immersive sandbox. Bitlife is an open source game created by different players for the community to enjoy. The player can customize their avatar and explore a vast virtual world filled with caves, forests, towns, islands and much more. With over 500 landmarks to discover, the player will want to keep exploring new places as they progress through the game. Instead of spending real money on in-app purchases (IAPs), players can use BITCOIN instead of real cash to purchase items such as clothes or pets for their avatar in-game. Players are also able to create new items such as weapons by combining different bits together so it’s up to them what they create.
